My Story - Our Commitment to Social Mobility
My journey has been anything but conventional. To give you some context, while my family’s roots are Turkish, I was born and raised in a small town in Bulgaria. In 2012, my siblings and I moved to the UK to join our parents, who had been working abroad to support us. Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my grandparents, as my parents were focused on building a life for us. I have vivid memories of helping my grandfather feed chickens and my grandmother plant vegetables in the garden.

In my family, higher education wasn’t the norm. My parents didn’t graduate high school, and no one had the chance for a traditional 9-5 job or the stability that often comes with it. But what we lacked in formal opportunities, we made up for with determination, creativity, and an unwavering belief that better things were possible.
Our story is what drives us—and it’s at the core of our commitment to social mobility. We've seen time and time again that, it’s not the lack of talent, but a lack of opportunity. Whether in individuals, communities, or businesses—and we’re here to change that.

Career
Over the past five years, I’ve been dedicated to growing my career and broadening my skill set. During my time at a global tech consultancy, I’ve focused on Corporate Social Responsibility—leading and delivering social value projects across the UK. The corporate world has been an incredible teacher, providing me with invaluable knowledge and experience— lessons that I now bring to STUDIO 444.
